Our Founder
BFL LAND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (PTY) LTD was incorporated by Sanjeev Hirachund, Professional Land Surveyor with 25+ years of Post Qualification Experience in Land Surveying, Engineering and Land Development Projects.
During my career I have designed and constructed large infrastructure developments and construction surveying. I have extensive experience in property development, land use and all cadastral surveying. Project includes new engineering infrastructure, energy development, township establishment, commercial developments other residential developments.
The organization has excellent track record of the projects across South Africa . We have provided oversight and support services for several Provincial Government departments and Municipal offices to manage the survey work being conducted throughout South Africa. Our company is licensed and insured and delivers the results that count.
